A1: Verify cargo space fits host (1800×800×2100mm) & terminal (500×280×1650mm). Use shock-proof packing, secure cooling modules/gun ports. Check coolant pre-long transport.
Q2: Host-terminal comms failure?
A2:Verify COM cable (RVVSP 1.5mm²) connections per Fig. 17. If unresolved, reboot the host and check logs for "CAN timeout" errors; update terminal firmware if needed
